Are your rings resizeable?
Yes! Most rings are re-sizeable. Spoke rings can be resized with pliers by the wearer, and silver and gold art pieces are resized in our studio.
I have sensitive ears. Are your earring wires hypoallergenic?
Sure thing! We pay special attention to our ear wires, as we want our customers to feel great while wearing our jewelry. We use an inert metal called Niobium for our wires, but we also can customize an order with Titanium, Silver, or Gold wires. We even offer lever back ear wires for people who loose their earrings often!
Help! My jewelry lost a bead or got damaged, can you repair it?
Certainly! I will always do my best to repair and maintain my jewelry. Just get in touch.
Help! I lost one earring, ugh. Can I buy just one?
Oh no! Accidents happen. As our pieces are all handmade, it can be difficult to find a perfect match for your lost earring. However, we can do our best! Contact us and, stock permitting, we’ll do our best to source you one earring to match yours.
The plating on my gold earrings is dull, can you shine it up?
Unfortunately, I can not polish gold plated items. However, I can offer a re-plating service at an affordable, at-cost rate.
What is your return policy and warranty?
Any items purchased online, or at an event or market may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Items on sale or sold at a discount are non-refundable. Custom Jewelry and jewelry from our Gallery Collection is non refundable, but carries a lifetime warranty against defect (normal wear and accident is excluded from this warranty). Items returned after 30 days will be given store credit. Store credit is non exchangeable, and items purchased with store credit are non refundable.
